【高田屋在瀧川】名為元祖チャップ丼的豬肉丼飯

高田屋

高田屋是在札幌市與旭川市之間的瀧川市榮町的老餐廳,於1953年成立了,靠近瀧川車站。高田資久先生是老闆。他們有很多菜,例如煎蛋捲飯和套餐,受到當地人的喜愛。該餐廳在午餐時間擠滿客人,並具有好老的氣氛。提供餐桌座位、吧台座位、小巧的房間,所以我想即使是家庭客人也享受他們的飯菜。

說到瀧川,油菜花田是有名的。瀧川油菜花節於五月底舉行。除此之外,瀧川天空公園,道之驛瀧川,丸加高原展望台,兒童科學館,屯田兵家都是比較受歡迎的旅遊景點。溫泉在瀧川湧出,在江部乙溫泉和瀧川溫泉可以享受泡當天就回來(日歸)溫泉。

油菜花田

瀧川市擁有約60畦油菜花田。種植的面積都每年變,但總面積大約150公頃,油菜花種植的面積似乎是日本最大的。從五月底至六月初油菜花盛開,此之間油菜花田在江部乙地區向一般人開放,遊客能享受油菜花田的風景好像典型的北海道風光。觀景台也建,從頂部可以看到油菜花田。黃色油菜花和藍色天空的景色壓倒遊客。在用地裡有廁所。没有停車場,在路肩上可以停汽車。 文章是這邊的

江部乙溫泉

江部乙溫泉是在札幌市東北部的瀧川市溫泉地。江部乙溫泉旅館在江部乙車站前。餐館和便利店相對較近。江部乙溫泉和瀧川的中心之間的距離約10公里,是距離稍遠。大正時代釣魚者發現了冷礦泉的泉源是江部乙溫泉的起源。之後,於1982年成功鑽探了溫泉,在江部乙溫泉可以享受2種礦泉。文章是這邊的

豬肉丼飯

我平日下午15點左右為了吃瀧川當地菜之一名為チャップ丼的豬肉丼飯訪問了這裡。如我所料,沒有客人喜歡用餐。我坐了在餐桌座位上,點了チャップ丼。價格是750日元。客人可以點額外收費澆頭的煎雞蛋。那很受歡迎。

大約10分鐘後,女服務員提供了一碗豬肉丼飯和一盤醃製蔬菜、一碗味噌湯、一杯綠茶一起。豬肉丼飯使用沒有骨頭的豬排,老闆將豬肉丼飯命名了為チャップ丼。切成薄片的豬肉比普通的豬肉碗薄,我想醬汁的味道很容易浸入豬肉中。最初,老闆在他高中時代發明了チャップ丼,他的盒裝午餐是原型。幹紫菜被秘密地藏在米飯和豬肉之間,我認為這是盒裝午餐的一種痕跡。

豬肉丼飯使用北海道產不含特定病原體的豬肉,鹹甜的醬汁採用這家餐廳特有的秘伝的不斷補充調味汁。醬汁的甜味很濃,但和白飯和豬肉搭配起來很不錯。很好吃!

    Wow, 20 times! You are really Takadaya fan. I have visited the Takadaya only once.
    I think you are a person that has the best record for eating Takadaya’s dishes in non Japanese in a short period of time.
    Please come back the next year, and enjoy the Takadaya’s dishes as you like.

    I am now back in Australia after having spent almost three months in Takikawa again and I see from notes that I made during my visit that I went to Takadaya twenty times! Almost every Tuesday and some Saturdays.

    And as per previous years I enjoyed every meal I had there. Quite simply, it is the best place to eat in Takikawa! No argument!
    And I believe that John-san has been going there again this year as well.

    I now have to wait until May 2020 before I can return. I think that my first meal when I return next year will be Chuka Yakisoba.

    I am very happy to see that your blog on Takadaya is still on-line. I am returning to Takikawa on Wednesday 29th May for another period of flying the Towplane at Skypark and if there are no other arrangements being made for me on my first evening back in Takikawa, I will be going to Takadaya around 7.15pm that evening.

    And as per previous years I will be going there every Tuesday evening! It really would have to be one of, if not the best, restaurants of its type in Takikawa! And I have been taken to quite a few different places in the 20 or so years I have been coming to Takikawa. The quality of the meals and the prices are simply fantastic. For me as an Australian, to spend less than $20 Australian dollars for a meal and a few beers and feel completely satisfied afterwards……No contest!!

    Thank you good! hokkaido! for your comment. I do not think that I could really be called a ‘famous’ Pilot though. That link you supplied mentions that I had worked particularly hard that year!

    Both John-san and I really like eating at Takadaya, although we are rarely in Takikawa at the same time. I hope to be back there sometime in late May next year so maybe I will see you at Takadaya one night.

    I will buy the Sapporo beer!

    I am surprised at the Takadaya that is popular with the Australian pilots.
    Anyway, I am happy you enjoy the Japanese old restaurant.
    I also love the Hokke (grilled Atka mackerel) and the Sapporo Beer (Classic) as well as the Chappu-don.
    Enjoy tasty dishes when you come to the Hokkaido next year!

    I usually enjoy their excellent Shiga Yaki or Hokke, along with a tasty Sapporo beer!

    I am an Australian, who comes to Japan for three months of every year to fly a Glider Towplane at Skypark in Takikawa and I go to eat at Takadaya at least two times every week whilst I am in Takikawa.

    The food there is fantastic! My favourite dish is Chashu men.

    Cannot wait to get back there again in 2019!!
