Rare Cheese Cake Are Combined Japanese Sweet and Confectionery -Tamasaburo in Nayoro-

October 14th, 2014

Tamasaburo (たまさぶろう) is a restaurant in Nayoro city located between Asahikawa city and Wakkanai city. There is a building near Nayoro north interchange. Because this restaurant served sweets as well as a meal, I ordered it. It was Yuki-to-Machiawase (雪とまちあわせ) on sale. The price was JPY 350.

The Yuki-to-Machiawase is a rare cheese cake. The rare cheese is used rice flour produced in Nayoro, and cream cheese produced in Shimokawa was put on tart cookies. Furthermore, raspberry sauce was poured and wrapped in turkish delight. Japanese sweet and confectionery were combined sweets. A texture resembled Yukimi Daifuku (ice cream wrapped in mochi). An appearance was beautiful, too, it was tasty for not too sweet and light taste. Any place other than the restraunt, it was sold at roadside station "Mochigome-no-Sato Nayoro (もちごめの里なよろ)".
