Sapporo (札幌) that about 1,960,000 people live is the largest city in Hokkaido. Although there are various theories, its origin of the name is "Dry Big River (乾いた大きな川)" in Ainu language. A population of the Sapporo is the 4th largest city after Yokohama, Osaka and Nagoya in japan, and the population accounts for 36 % of Hokkaido's population! Soft Serve Ice Cream
I heard that a soft serve ice cream made from the milk directly to a factory is eaten, so I visited here to eat the soft serve ice cream around 13:00 on Saturday. Admission free and a parking lot are free of charge. I bought a soft serve ice cream at a stall shop near the parking lot. The price was JPY 300.

The height including an ice cream cone was around 20 cm. The soft serve ice cream was a moist type of light and sweet soft serve. It was not rich taste, but it was tasty! I supposed that the soft serve ice cream was probably additive free, and it melted easily.

Only a type of the soft serve ice cream was sold at the stall shop, but some types of the soft serve ice cream were sold at the Makiba Hall, and a yogurt soft serve ice cream was very popular. I will try it next time. Thanks for the tasty soft serve ice cream!

By the way, Club Tourism (クラブツーリズム), a Japanese tour travel agency, provides various types of tours such as day trip tours or ordinary tours. In the case of bus tours, tourists do not drive their cars themselves, so they can savor alcohol. Choosen tourist attractions are national parks such as Rishiri and Rebun, Shiretoko, and popular tourist places such as Furano and Biei, and some activities such as hiking and fruit picking are also enjoyed depending on seasons. If you are interested in tour trips, you should visit the club tourism's website for details.
