Sapporo Cheese Winery Is Made from Hokkaido Materials -Keio Plaza Hotel Pastry Boutique Poppins in Sapporo-

Pastry Boutique Poppins (ペストリーブティック ポピンズ) is an in-store bakery and an in-store western confectionery store at Keio Plaza Hotel in Chuo ward, Sapporo city. Both western confectioneries and breads are tasty, its reputation is high. Sapporo Cheese Winery (さっぽろチーズワイナリー) that won the top award at "Sapporo Sweets 2014 (さっぽろスイーツ2014生洋菓子部門)" competition is particularly famous. Mr. Keisuke Nanbo (南保圭佐), patissier, designed it. Sapporo Cheese Winery is made from Hokkaido wine, Hokkaido cheese and Hokkaido chokeberry, a base cake is a crispy tart made of Hokkaido wheat, and this is full of Hokkaido raw materials. The chokeberry is unfamiliar ingredients, but it seems to be healthy ingredients including polyphenol as many twice as a blueberry. This is perfect marriage of wine, cheese and chokeberry.
I visited here around 13:30 on weekdays. There were 4 groups of customers at a tearoom of Poppins. The building was comfortable and it had a very cozy atmosphere. I sat at a table, and ordered a cake set with a cake and a drink. I chose Sapporo Cheese Winery and a cup of coffee. The price is JPY 1300. By the way, the price only for the Sapporo Cheese Winery is JPY 450.
About 5 minutes later, the Sapporo Cheese Winery and the coffee were served. In fact, I intend to eat strawberries at once, those were not strawberries, those were cream cheese. In addition, it had a sophisticated bitter taste for adults because wine was contained at the surface cream cheese that was coated with red jelly. It is a lightly sweetened generally and I like it.
