Collet (コレット) is a store specializing in pie and tart in Teine ward, Sapporo city. They serve a bagel and a lunch other than sweets. A place for customers to enjoy foods and drinks is at the store, too. She replied a cream chocolate pie (生チョコパイ) when I asked a waitress about store's recommendation at a cash register. I ordered it and a cup of coffee at once. The prices are JPY 720 in total. By the way, they used coffee beans of Tokumitsu Coffee in Ishikari city. The Tokumitsu Coffee had been known for high quality coffee beans.
About 5 minutes later, the cream chocolate pie and the coffee were served. The cream chocolate pie became double-decker, a cream chocolate layer and a fresh cream layer on a pie crust. Walnuts were in cream chocolate, and a texture was good. It was not a bitterness and a sweetness was not too sweet. It became exquisite sweetness when I ate the fresh cream and the cream chocolate together. This was tasty! I think that a taste is like a Lotte Company's Bikkuriman Choco.
