The restaurant is not so large, and all seats are table seats, so I guess that family customers also enjoy meals. I visited here to avoided crowds for lunch around 13:00 on weekdays. No customer was at the restraunt. Most of customers are local people, so I guess that the restaurant is crowded around 12:00. Red tables standed out, and I felt an atmosphere of a good old Chinese restaurant.

Stir-Fried Noodles with Starchy Sauce

When I sat at a table seat, owner's wife came, so I asked her about restaurant's recommendation, and she replied "Stir-Fried Noodles with Starchy Sauce (五目焼きそば) is sold well". Therefore I ordered it. The price was JPY 700. A cup of hot tea and a cup of cold water were served at this restaurant. Cusomers can choose whatever the customers would like. That is an interesting idea.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, and it was served. Ingredients were sliced squids, sliced bamboo shoots and sliced pork. She said "Please sprinkle vinegar over the Stir-Fried Noodles with Starchy Sauce as you like". Firstly, I ate it without the vinegar. It was light taste, and was tasty! After having eaten for a while, I sprinkled the vinegar over it. Then its taste turned into very mild. This was tasty, too.

By the way, Club Tourism (クラブツーリズム), a Japanese tour travel agency, provides various types of tours such as day trip tours or ordinary tours. In the case of bus tours, tourists do not drive their cars themselves, so they can savor alcohol. Choosen tourist attractions are national parks such as Rishiri and Rebun, Shiretoko, and popular tourist places such as Furano and Biei, and some activities such as hiking and fruit picking are also enjoyed depending on seasons. If you are interested in tour trips, you should visit the club tourism's website for details.
