Look of Lookout
The box-shaped building is built around the top of the Shirotai Skyline Road. The building is not an observation deck, and is a rest station, so vending machines and a restroom are at the building. A good view can be enjoyed at the outside of the building.
Soft serve ice creams and milk are sold at the building. Since I was here, I mind as well bougt the milk to drink. The price was JPY 150. I complete thought the milk was produced in the Shirotai Ranch, but it was produced in Yamakawa Ranch (山川牧場) in Onuma Park (大沼公園). Pulling myself together, I drinked the milk, and it was very tasty! The surface of Milk was like Yogurt, and it was very rich. The milk of Yamakawa Ranch is formidable milk !
The building opens a business from 10:00 to 16：00. A night view can be seen from the parking lot at the bottom of the building. Visitors gather at the parking in the early evening. It is popular, after all. By the way, local street racers drive their cars along the Shirotai Skyline Road, please take care of their cars!
