Couple Bowls of Shintoku Buckwheat Noodles -Minatoya in Shintoku-
June 30th, 2014
Minatoya (みなとや) is a buckwheat noodles restaurant in Shintoku town. There is a building near Shintoku station. I visited here to eat Shintoku buckwheat noodles (新得そば). The restraunt had an atomosphere such as a typical buckwheat noodles restaurant. There are some tables and family customers seem to enjoy.
Shintoku buckwheat noodles are found on Amazon. It is feature that it has a good taste.
I sat at the table and asked a waitress about recommendation, she replied "couple bowls (アベック丼)". The couple bowls comprise a buckwheat noodles bowl and a rice bowl, and visitors can choose 2 kinds of each menu. Furthermore, she said that "Hiyakashi (冷やかし)" was sold well when I asked her recommendation of the buckwheat noodles bowl. By the way, "Hiyakashi" means a buckwheat noodles served in cold broth made with stewing chicken. I ordered the hiyakashi and a tendon tempura rice bowl (天丼). Both the soup and the noodles were tasty. The hot buckwheat noodles were served in substitution for miso soup, too, and I enjoyed the couple bowls in various ways.
