Soy Sauce Ramen with Seafood Flavor Is Cooked by Popular Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) Restraunt -Menya Takahashi in Sapporo-
October 6th, 2015
Menya Takahashi (麺屋高橋) is a popular ramen restraunt in Toyohira ward, Sapporo city and was founded in 2008. There is a building near Sapporo Dome (札幌ドーム). They have many Tsukemen (dipping noodles) on the menu, of course they serve ordinary ramen, too. Menya Takahashi has counter seats and a table and is not so large. it is not suitable ramen restraunt that large number of people visit.
I visited here around 13:30 on weekdays to eat the ordinary ramen. There was almost full at the ramen restraunt, but fortunately, there was not a queue. I bought a meal ticket of soy sauce broth ramen with seafood soup broth (おさかな正油) that was reputable for its very tasty ramen via a ticket vendor. The price was JPY 780. Other visitors ate Tsukemen (dipping noodles) with spicy soup. After all, this was famous for Tsukemen (dipping noodles).
I sat at the counter seat, and approximately 13 minutes later, the soy sauce broth ramen with the seafood soup broth was served.
The soup was thick and stewed, and it looked salty, but it was not so when I drank it. It was tasty seafood soup broth! It seemed to be mixed with pork broth soup, but I do not know.
Noodles were made by Kanezin Foods and were thick and chewy. I was interested in bamboo shoots. Those were rectangles rarely. Besides, it had an atmosphere such as concocting the bamboo shoots because a waitress turned over the rectanglar bamboo shoots at a kitchen.
