Salt Ramen and Mackerel and Garlic Powder Are Both Tasty -Sapporo Akaboshi in Sapporo-

Sapporo Akaboshi (サッポロ赤星) is a ramen restraunt along Tanukikoji shopping street in Chuo ward, Sapporo city and opened a business in 2004. Because it was the popular ramen restraunt that people often lined up, I avoided crowded time and visited here around 13:00 on weekdays.
However, the ramen restraunt was not so large and had only 9 counter seats. It was approximately full. Fortunately, I could take a seat and read a menu written on a wall. Salt broth ramen (塩ラーメン) and soy sauce broth ramen (醤油ラーメン) were popular. Each prices were JPY 500. Wow! Particularly, I ordered the salt ramen because the salt ramen was famous. By the way, the price of miso ramen (味噌ラーメン) was JPY 700. Approximately 10 minutes later, the salt ramen was served. Chicken soup stock was topped with rock laver. Except the rock laver, ingredients were a roasted pork fillet, bamboo shoots, a soft-boiled egg marinated in soy and Mirin and green onions.
Nnoodles were white homemade noodles. It was rare color because many ramen restraunt used yellow ramen noodles made from eggs in Sapporo. I had a sip of the soup at once. Tasty! It was light taste, but it had Umami.
In addition, mackerel and garlic powder (鯖ニンニク粉) is one of the speciality seasoning, too. Its taste was changed when I sprinkled this over the ramen. It was tasty, too! This was JPY 500, and it had the reasonable price and hight quality.
