Milky Taste of Salt Broth Ramen with Green Onions Suprised Me -Namishibuki Kitami Branch-
May 21st, 2015
Namishibuki Kitami branch (波飛沫 北見店) is a popular ramen restraunt in Chuo-Miwa, Kitami city. The head restraunt is in Utoro, Shari town and the Kitami branch opened a business in 2011. An owner of the Utoro head office trained cooking at Santoka (山頭火), famous Asahikawa ramen restraunt, and seemed to become independent. It is said that Namishibuki take from the taste of Santoka. By the way, both of the head office and the Kitami branch got the Bib Gourmand in MICHELIN GUIDE Hokkaido 2012 Special Edition, That is amazing! I visited here around 13:00 on sunday. The ramen restraunt was almost completely full. It is the popular ramen restraunt which often have people lined up at lunchtime. The ramen restraunt had an atmosphere of just ramen restraunt.
Fortunately, I could sat a counter seat and ordered a salt broth ramen with green onions. The price is JPY 880.
Approximately 10 minutes later, the salt broth ramen with green onions (塩ネギラーメン) was served. The appearance was considerably white, the red chinese wolfberry fruit was outstanding.
I was surprised at the taste when I had a sip of soup at once. This was light pork bone soup, and it was the taste like the soup with milk flavor. It had just the right amount of salt, too and was tasty! The noodles were made by Kobayashi making-noodles Factory and went with well the soup. It was unusual for having both roasted pork fillet and braised pork belly.
