Ginger Ramen Warms Our Body -Mizuno in Asahikawa-
May 27th, 2014
Mizuno (みづの) is a popular ramen restaurant near Tokiwa park in Asahikawa city and is a long-established ramen restaurant founded in 1967, and a building has a traditional atmosphere. I visited here around 17:00 on weekdays. There was no customer. Autographed cards are closely stuck on a wall at the ramen restaurant. There are some tables, so family customers seem to enjoy.
As for this ramen restaurant, ginger ramen (生姜ラーメン) is famous for writting on their signboard. I ordered ginger ramen with soy sauce flavor (しょうゆ味の生姜ラーメン). The price was JPY 630.
Approximately 5 minutes later, the ginger ramen with soy sauce flavor was served. Ingredients were bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, green nions and roasted pork fillets. Noodles were made by Kato Ramen. The soy sauce soup was light taste, and the soup became very mild by ginger and I did not feel salty than its looks. My body warmed very much. Customers seem to enjoy it during a cold winter in Asahikawa city. By the way, please be aware that there is no parking lot.
