Beatiful Prawn Ramen -Men-no-Hinauta in Sapporo-
May 15th, 2014
Men-no-Hinauta (麺のひな詩) is a prawn ramen restraunt in Chuo ward, Sapporo city and was founded in 2009. It has an atmosphere such as a Japanese restraunt bar. I visited here around 11:00 on weekdays. The ramen restraunt was not so large, and there were only counter seats. I asked a waitress about recommendation of the prawn ramen. She replied the prawn miso ramen (えび味噌). I ordered it. The price was JPY 750.
Approximately 7 minutes later, the prawn miso ramen was served. Salt and soup broth of prawns produced the rich taste soup. Ingredients were roasted pork fillets, green onions, shrimps and radish sprouts. Those colors were beautiful, too.
In addition, an owner challenges new ramen such as dipping noodles or ramen of the tail soup positively. The name of this restraunt turns into its name called Ebidoro (えびどろ) on weekend and serves only ebidoro ramen. Besides, I want to eat it on the next time because this ramen seems to be rich taste. * In 2014, the owner was changed, and Ebidoro ramen was closed. Their menu seems to be changed.
