Tasty Salt Broth Ramen Made from Chicken Broth -Keserasera in Sapporo-
June 14th, 2015
Menya Keserasera (麺や けせらせら) is a popular ramen restraunt in Kita ward, Sapporo city and was founded in 2008. Thick taste ramen made from chicken broth (鶏白湯) is famous. I visited here on weekdays. An evening business hour started at 17:00, and 3 people lined up before opening hours.
The restraunt is not so large. If 10 people enter the ramen restraunt, the ramen restraunt is full. After I entered the ramen restraunt, visitors came over in sequence. The restraunt became full in no time. Meanwhile, I sat at a counter seat and ordered Salt Broth Ramen (塩ラーメン). The price was JPY 700.
Approximately 3 minutes later, the Salt Broth Ramen was served. The green color of the radish sprouts and the leeks and the orange color of the boiled egg accentuated and the ramen was a elegant presentation.
The milky white soup was beautiful, too. I had a sip of soup at once. Tasty! It was very creamy taste and was amazing! The taste of soup resembled carbonara, and the person liking carbonara will fall under the spell of the soup. In addition, 2 kinds of roasted pork fillets were served, too. No wonder this ramen restraunt became popular.
