Pork Rice Bowl
I heard from Mrs. Gishi that the Sakura-tei served a traditional pork rice bowl, so I visited here around 11:00 on a weekday. Only a group of customers enjoyed meals. I sat at a table seat, and oredered a Pork Rice Bowl. The price was JPY 800.
About 15 minutes later, the Pork Rice Bowl with a bowl of miso soup, a dish of salad, a dish of cucumber pickles. Speaking of the Pork Rice Bowl, Obihiro (Tokachi) is famous. The taste of standard Pork Rice Bowl of the Obihiro is salty-sweet sauce. I had an image of the normal Pork Rice Bowl of the Obihiro, so I was surprised at the taste of Pork Rice Bowl of the Asahikawa. It tasted soy sauce from tender pork produced in the Asahikawa. A container was not a bowl, and it was the nest of a box. This was a great difference, too.
I ate rice with together sauce, and it was tasty, so I could not help eating. Speaking of the Asahikawa, soy sauce ramen was famous, so I thougt that the Pork Rice Bowl of the Asahikawa was the original taste of the Asahikawa as well as the Asahikawa ramen while eating it. In addition, I found that a large portion of pork was also famous, and it seemed to be worth seeing. Curry and rice or ramen have originality as well as the pork rice bowl, too. Thanks for the tasty meal!
