[Pizza Do in Kuromatsunai] Tasty Pizza Using Ingredient Produced in Hokkaido

Pizza Do (ピザドゥ) is a popular pizza restaurant in Kuromatsunai town located in the northwestern part of Muroran city. Mr. Satoshi Kubota (久保田 聡) opened a business in Tokyo is a restaurant owner, and has established the Pizza Do at Road Station Kuromatsunai Toit Vert Ⅱ (道の駅「くろまつない」トワ・ヴェール・ドゥーⅡ) since 2010. Branch restaurants also open a business in Rusutsu and Chitose. Tasty one by one grilled pizza using fresh cheese produced in Kuromatsunai has a good reputation.
I visited here around 13:00 on a weekday. A restroom, a souvenir shop and a bekery are at the Road Station Kuromatsunai Toit Vert Ⅱ, and is next to a park golf course, too. A lot of visitors come. A place for customers to enjoy food and drinks also is at the building, and counter seats and table seats are provided, so I guess that even family customers enjoy meals. But the place is crowded with visitors. Wet paper towels and cold water are also provided for free.
At first, customers must order the pizza at a cash register. They serve 12 types of the pizza and 3 sizes, S (a serving), M (2 servings) and L (3 servings). But S was sold out at that time. I asked a waitress about recommend pizza, and she replied me "Brunne is the most popular pizza, but I love Norden, and recommend it". I looked at a photo of the Norden, and I felt that salmon and asparagus looked tasty, so I ordered M size. The price was JPY 1350.
After receiving a number and waiting for about 20 minutes, my number was announced, and I went the cash register to receive the pizza. The pizza was covered with a packing box, and seemed to be available for takeout. Its diameter was about 25 cm. Good cheese smell was in the air when I opened the box straightaway. The pizza had a nice balance of colors such pink salmon and green asparagus, and was used typical ingredients of Hokkaido. It sharpened my appetite.
Pizza dough had a crispy part and a chewy part, and was good taste, too! In addition, the texture of the salmon went well with the texture of pizza dough. Stretching cheese was good, too! The M size was large portion for one, so I was very full. Thanks for the tasty pizza!
