Tender Lamb and Atmosphere of Showa Period Are Good -Sapporo Jingisukan Head Office in Sapporo-

Sapporo Jingisukan (さっぽろジンギスカン) is a popular mongolian barbecue restraunt in Susukino, Chuo ward, Sapporo city and was founded in 1986. Structure of a building is a prefabricated building, and Matsuda Fishing Tackle Shop (松田釣具店) has a restraunt on second floor. It is unusual to open a business at such the building in the central area of Sapporo. The opening hours is 17:00. 3 visitors lined up before opening hours. Sapporo Jingisukan has only counter seats and is not large. The interior decoration has an atmosphere such as the Showa period.
I sat the counter seat, and a waitress asked me what I would drink. I ordered a black beer. Because there is a cover charge of JPY 900 per guest and 1 lamb plate and vegetables (onion and leek) are included, too, and customers order something to eat other than lamb. The price of lamb is JPY 900 per plate. Fatty meat was put on the top of pan for jingisukan. The customers do not must move the fatty meat, and fat gradually flows out by heating and the fat does not seem to let lambs and vegetables burn and stuck to the pan for jingisukan.
The lambs were grilled for approximately 3 minutes. It was fresh and tender, and rare lamb was good for eating. In addition, fortunately, I ate the lamb with born, too. Finally I took sauce dashed with hot water and it was tasty! The total sum (one beer and two lamb plates) was JPY 2300. It was very reasonable price!
