Mongolian Barbecue -Matsuo Jingisukan Sapporoeki-mae Branch-

Matsuo Jingisukan (松尾ジンギスカン) is a representative of the Takikawa Jingisukan style restraunt and is affectionately called "Matsujin (マツジン)" by Hokkaido people. There is the head office in Takikawa city and develop approximately 9 restraunts around Takikawa. I visited Sapporoeki-mae branch around 14:00 on weekdays. The restraunt is very clean, and it has an atmosphere such as not barbecue restraunt. There are all tables, so family customers seem to enjoy. Female visitors are likely to favorite it because the restraunt does not has smoke.
I sat at the table and ordered one helping of lamb Jingisukan. The price is JPY 1040. Approximately 10 minutes later, the lamb Jingisukan was served. The lamb produced in Australia and New Zealand is used. Those seem to remove a sinew and a fat manually. Barbecue sauce is made from an apple, an onion, a ginger, soy sauce and 10 kinds of secret spice. A pan for Jingisukan is made in particular. A pattern of a pine and a chinese character of "松" are engraved the pan. It is their policy to grill ingredients on the top of the pan and to boil ingredients in a pool. They make wise remarks with fully utilized sauce.
