List of Day Trip Onsen
Visitors can take a day trip bath at the Kunneppu Onsen Rest Center.
Kunneppu Onsen Rest Center
Kunneppu Onsen Rest Center is a public bathhouse for day trip onsen founded in 1991. The interior decoration has a sense of cleanliness. I visited here around 12:30 on weekdays. It was popular with local people, and 6 local old bathers took a bath. An entrance fee to a bath facility is JPY 390.
There are 1 indoor bath, 1 whirlpool bath, 1 cold bath and 1 sauna at a public bathhouse. The tiled bathhouse is not large. But the sunny bathhouse with a lot of windows is feeling good. There is not an outdoor bath, but a resting place surrounded by walls is provided at the outside.
The indoor bath is the size that about 10 people can take a bath, and the whirlpool bath is the size that about 3 people can take a bath, and both baths use free flowing hot springs. The hot springs are pretty hot, and are suitable for a person liking very hot springs.
The hot springs are sodium and chloride bicarbonate sulfate spring, and are clear and tasteless and have neither taste nor smell, and have smooth and slippery touch. The sum total of the hot spring ingredients are 1.301 g/kg. A facility for drinking the hot springs is set, so I drank those, and those tasted just like the hot springs, but those had no taste. Those seem to be effective for Chronic digestive organ disease, Chronic constipation, Diabetes, Gout, liver trouble, Chronic skin diseases, Cholelithiasis and Adiposity. Body soaps are provided ar the bathhouse. A restroom and a hair dryer is installed at a dressing room.
