There are walk paths and green parks such as Garden Terrace (ガーデンテラス) and Hagizono-Ryokuchi (はぎぞの緑地) along the river. Art monuments and a corridor made by red bricks are displayed. There are 2 open-air baths, 2 indoor baths, 1 whirlpool bath, 1 cold bath and 1 sauna at a public bathhouse. The sunny tiled bathhouse with a high ceiling is feeling good. Most baths use 100% natural free flowing hot springs.

The large indoor bath is the size that about 12 people can take a bath, and water temperature is very hot. the hot springs make the bathers get up. The small indoor bath is the size that about 4 people can take a bath, and water temperature is warm, and it is suitable for taking a long bath. The triangular whirlpool bath is the size that about 4 people can take a bath.

The large open-air bath at a slightly high place is the size that about 6 people can take a bath. The yield of hot spring is large, so a footbathing is available at an outlet. The overflowing hot springs flow on the edge of the bath, and lying on the edge is comforable. The small indoor bath surrounded by rocks is the size that about 3 people can take a bath. The large indoor bath is deep, and the small indoor bath is shallow. Unfortunately, a view is not good because the open-air baths are surrounded by blind fences.

The hot springs are strong sodium chloride spring, and are opaque and dark bluish red and have extremely salty taste and a little metallic smell. The hot spring ingredients are 29.07 g/kg, and are very rich. Color of the baths and the bath floor turn into brown color. It will be the evidence that the hot spring ingredient has been precipitated. By the way, Iodine ion content is 8.6 mg/kg, so it will have bactericidal effect for skins. It tasted extremely salty when I licked the hot springs. The hot spring irritated my eyes very much. Shampoos and body soaps are provided at the bathhouse. A restroom and free hair dryers are installed at a dressing room. Cold water dispensers are provided in front of an amusement arcade room.

By the way, Club Tourism (クラブツーリズム), a Japanese tour travel agency, provides various types of tours such as day trip tours or ordinary tours. In the case of bus tours, tourists do not drive their cars themselves, so they can savor alcohol. Choosen tourist attractions are national parks such as Rishiri and Rebun, Shiretoko, and popular tourist places such as Furano and Biei, and some activities such as hiking and fruit picking are also enjoyed depending on seasons. If you are interested in tour trips, you should visit the club tourism's website for details.
