Miso Broth Ramen Is Inherited Directly from Saimi -Harukichi in Kitami-
July 25th, 2015
Menya Harukichi (麺屋はる吉) is a popular ramen restraunt in Taisho, Kitami city and was founded in 2008. There is a building near Ryokuryo High School (緑陵高校). An owner seemed to train cooking at popular ramen restraunt Saimi in Sapporo. The name of Saimi (彩未) was written on a noren. Because I heard the popular ramen restraunt that people often lined up, I visited here around 17:00 on weekdays. As I expected, there was no visitor. It is exactly after opening a ramen restraunt. Their ramen restraunt moved to Miwa (三輪) in 2016. This article before moving is as follows.
The ramen restraunt had an atomosphere such as new ramen restraunt. There were some tables and family customers seem to enjoy. I sat at a counter seat and asked a waiter about restraunt's recommendation. Then he replied "miso broth ramen". As I expected, speaking of Saimi, that was popluar miso broth ramen. I ordered the miso broth ramen (味噌ラーメン). The price was JPY 750. Approximately 10 minutes later, the miso broth ramen was served.
It featured grated ginger as well as Saimi and was not too salty than I imagined, and it was just right sweet-salty taste. In adittion, it was light taste unexpectedly. It is nice taste for a person who like a light taste. It was Tasty! When I left the ramen restraunt, the seats were half filled. There were many family customers.
When I read Tweets, Harukichi seems to be popular.
