Hotel Kamuiwa has 3 types of hot spring sources, and the first one is (1)strong sodium chloride spring containing Iodo, and is opaque and light yellow and has salty taste and no smell. The sum total of the hot spring ingredients are 23.81 g/kg. The hot springs have rich ingredients. Iodide ion content is 14.6 mg/kg. The Iodo has bactericidal effects with high-power used for gargles such as a tincture of iodin, and because it has the bactericidal effects, it seems to make skin of the bathers beautiful. In Hokaido, Bansei Onsen is famous, but the Kamuiwa Onsen has bigger Iodide ion content than the Bansei Onsen. The second is (2)simple hot spring, and is clear and colorless and has neither taste nor smell. The sum total of the hot spring ingredients are 0.249 g/kg. The last is (3)simple sulfur cold spring, and is clear and whitish and has no taste and a little sulfur smell. The sum total of the hot spring ingredients are 0.228 g/kg. Unfortunately, all the hot springs are not drinkable.
