Hong Kong Style Chow Mein
I visited here around 11:00 on weekdays. But the restaurant was almost completely full, and they had very good business. Customers seem to form a line at lunch time. The restraunt was not so large, and had a good atomosphere such as a typical old restaurant. Some table seats were at the building, so I guess that family customers also enjoy meals. I took a table seat, and ordered a soy souce flavored Hong Kong Style Chow Mein (a regular portion) immediately. The price was JPY 800. After waiting for about 10 minutes, and it was served. Anyway, the dish was big! They used 2 ball of noodles in the dish. It was a large portion of the Hong Kong Style Chow Mein.
Ingredients were sliced Chinese cabbages, shrimps, sliced cloud ear mushrooms, pork, soybean sprouts. It tasted thick soy sauce, and I guess that it is suited for a thick taste lover. A platter was a little less than 40 cm in diameter, but I finished eating it without delay. It was a piping dish, and was tasty! They also serve a half-size portion, so I guess that women may also finish eating. Thanks for the meal!
