Hinata Onsen
Hinata Onsen (日向温泉) is a hot spring place in Shibetsu city located in the northern direction of Asahikawa city. The distance is around 12 km far away from the center of the Shibetsu, and restraunts, cafes, souvenir shops and convenience stores are not built. Lake Shumarinai
Lake Shumarinai (朱鞠内湖) in the northern Hokkaido is the largest man-made lake that 13 big and small islands float on the surface of the lake in Japan. The perimeter of the lake is about 40 km, and complicated topography like a fjord is characteristic. Uryu Dam was built in 1940 and the Lake Shumarinai was born. Hinata Recreation Center
Hinata Recreation Center is a hot spring facility for day trip onsen founded in 1978. A building was renewed in 2013. An entrance fee to the bath facility is JPY 450. A restraunt is at the building, too, and visitors for day trip bath can use the restraunt. A meal set with taking a bath is served for JPY 1000.

They have 2 types of public bathhouses, Japanese-style Bathhouse and Western-style Bathhouse, and the bathhouses for men or women are replaced every day. There are 2 indoor baths, 1 cold bath and 1 sauna at the bathhouse. I took a bath at the Japanese-style Bathhouse. 10 local people took a bath, and it was popular with them. The bathhouse with white walls and tiled stones is not so large.

List of Accommodations
Refer to following websites for the accommodations in the Shibetsu. You can get information regarding online reviews and photos.
By the way, Club Tourism (クラブツーリズム), a Japanese tour travel agency, provides various types of tours such as day trip tours or ordinary tours. In the case of bus tours, tourists do not drive their cars themselves, so they can savor alcohol. Choosen tourist attractions are national parks such as Rishiri and Rebun, Shiretoko, and popular tourist places such as Furano and Biei, and some activities such as hiking and fruit picking are also enjoyed depending on seasons. If you are interested in tour trips, you should visit the club tourism's website for details.
