[Closed Down: Restaurant Fusha in Shimizu] Diced Steak and Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl with Tender Beef and Creamy Miso Flavored Eggs
Restaurant Fusha (レストラン風車) is a roadside restaurant facing National Route 38 in Shimizu town located in the western part of Obihiro city, and is next to a public restroom. Tokachi Shimizu Cosmos Farm (十勝清水コスモスファーム) runs it, and the restaurant fresh Tokachi Young Beef (十勝若牛). The restraunt has an atomosphere such as a typical restraunt. Counter seats and table seats are provided, so I guess that even family customers enjoy meals. Unfortunately, they closed down in 2016. This article before closing is as follows.
Diced Steak and Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl
I visited here to eat Diced Steak and Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl (十勝清水牛玉ステーキ丼) around 15:00 on a weekday. No customer enjoyed their meal. I sat at a table seat, and ordered the Diced Steak and Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl. The price was JPY 980. The Diced Steak and Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl is a local gourmet born on July 17, 2010 in the Shimizu. It won consecutive victories in Local Gourmet Grand Prix Hokkaido (新・ご当地グルメグランプリ北海道) 2013 and 2014. Some restaurants in the Shimizu serve it.
About 15 minutes later, the rice bowl was served. It had miso flavor against a pork rice bowl with soy sauce flavor, one of Tokachi local specialities. However, I hardry tasted the miso flavor, and it was mild. Because creamy scrambled eggs were fluffy, I might not feel the miso flavor. The diced steak was tender in moderate rare. I liked light taste, and ate deliciously it. Thanks for the tasty meal!
