Deep‐Fried Minced Fish and Vegetables
Raw minced fish and vegetables are displayed at a freezing display case on the 1st floor, and the customers can have a store staff fry their bought the raw minced fish and vegetables. Not only tourists but also local people bought a lot of deep-fried minced fish and vegetables, so the store was really popular with the local people, too. I bought a deep‐fried minced fish and scallop, a deep‐fried minced fish and vegetables, a deep‐fried minced fish and corn and a deep‐fried minced fish and dried small fish. The prices were JPY 100, JPY 150, JPY 100 and JPY 180. After waiting for about 10 minutes, those were finished deep‐frying. They deep fried those before my eyes, so those smelled nice in the air.
I decided to bring those to the 2nd floor and to eat those. Free tea and coffee dispensers were provided on the 2nd floor, and a view from the 2nd floor was good, too. I took a counter seat, and ate the deep‐fried minced fish and vegetables immediately. Those tasted the original flavour of its ingredients. Those were tasty! My favorites are the deep‐fried minced fish and corn and the deep‐fried minced fish and vegetables. The taste of the vegetables in particular was tasty.
