I sat at a table seat when they opened the restaurant, and I ordered the buckwheat noodles with the roast chicken giblets. The price was JPY 720. As for the buckwheat noodles, I chose Inaka-soba (田舎そば * Country style buckwheat noodles) because customers can choose the Inaka-soba or Sarashina-soba (更科そば * Type of high quality buckwheat noodles). In addition, they serve a lot of buckwheat noodle dishes.
About 15 minutes later, the buckwheat noodles with the roasted chicken giblets was served. While waiting for the dish, customers entered the restraunt one after another. The restraunt was popular, after all. I had a soup at once. It was very mild. I gueess that fat of the chicken make mild taste. The roasted chicken giblets were tasty, too! The noodles was chewy, too. It was the soup that I could feel umami than salt. Thanks for the meal!
