Seafood Rice Bowl is a bowl meal that rice is topped with fresh seafood, and can be eaten in the whole of Hokkaido. I think that you can not go wrong with seafood rice bowl in towns with a fishery port, but seafood rice bowl in large seafood markets such as Sapporo Central Wholesale Market (札幌中央卸売場外市場), Otaru Triangle Market (小樽三角市場), Hakodate Morning Market (函館朝市) and Kushiro Washo Market (釧路和商市場) have a good reputation. I have never eaten noted rice bowl such as Dancing Squid Rice Bowl (イカ踊り丼), Tsukkomeshi Salmon Roe Rice Bowl (つっこ飯のイクラ丼) and Katte-don Rice Bowl (勝手丼), but those are famous.

Suzuki Shokudo (鈴木食堂) is a popular restraunt near Nosappu-misaki Lighthouse and Bokyo-no-misaki Park (望郷の岬公園) in Cape Nosappu, Nemuro city, and is famous as the easternmost restraunt in Japan mainland, and also is well-known for the originator of Raw Saury Rice bowl (生さんま丼). In addition, they sell live Hanasaki Crab at the restraunt, and Hanasaki Crab sashimi can be eaten, too. They also run Rider House Suzuki (ライダーハウス鈴木), and it is popular with motorcycle tourists and cycle tourists from all over the Japan. Article is here
Kuidokoro Shake Banya (喰い処鮭番屋) is a popular restaurant with an atomosphere such as a seafood market in Kushiro city, and is near Kushiro Fishery Port. Marua Abe Shoten corp (株式会社マルア阿部商店)., a marine product processing industry company, runs it, and serves Robatayaki style barbecue (a Japanese‐style barbecue cooked in front of customers in a restaurant) originated in the Kushiro, and fresh seafood such as Salmon Roe Rice Bowl (いくら丼), Oyster caught in Akkeshi, Scallop caught in Nostuke and Fatty Salmon Belly (鮭のハラス) can be savored. Oshokuji-dokoro Sumire Shokudo (お食事処すみれ食堂) is a long-established restraunt founded in 1954 in Onishika, Obira town located in the northern part of Rumoi city, and is near Onihsika Fishery Port and Onishika Twin Beach. They are famous for serving a large portion of ramen, curry and rice, pork cutlet rice bowl and so on, and fresh seafood such as sea urchin and scallop also has a good reputation, so the restraunt is very popular with tourists as well as local people. Ajidokoro Kikuyo Shokudo (味処 きくよ食堂) is a long-established restraunt founded in 1956 in Hakodate Morning Market, Hakodate city, and is near Hakodate Station. Originally the restraunt used to be the restraunt used by morning market peddlers, but it became popular by tasty dishes. A lot of tourists visit the restraunt. By the way, the Donburi Yokocho is a commercial facility that more than 15 restaurants selling Seafood Rice Bowl (海鮮丼) in the Hakodate Morning Market gather. Kaisen Shokudo Yotteke Marutomi (海鮮食堂よってけまるとみ) is a popular seafood restaurant founded in 2001 in Monbetsu city located in the northeastern part of Asahikawa city, and is near Monbetsu Port. * The Yotteke Marutomi means “Hey! Drop by Marutomi” in Japanese. Marutomi Watanabe Suisan corp (有限会社丸富渡辺水産)., a marine product processing industry company, runs it, and also has a fishery store at the same building. Shunsen Chubo Miuraya (旬鮮厨房 三浦や) is a popular restaurant near Tomakomai Citizen’s Cultutre Park (苫小牧市民文化公園) in Tomakomai city, and is known for serving reasonable dishes. The restaurant is popular with local people, and is crowded with them at lunchtime. Lately, toursists are also increasing. By the way, the restaurant owner of the Miuraya seems to be relative with the founder of Marutoma Shokudo (マルトマ食堂), one of the most popular restaurants in the Tomakomai. Kaisen-dokoro Kafuka (海鮮処かふか) is a seafood restaurant in Rebun Island, and is near Kafuka Port and Rebuntou Onsen Usuyuki-no-Yu (礼文島温泉 うすゆきの湯). Kafuka Fishery Cooperative (香深漁業協同組合) runs it, and the Kafuka is famous for serving fresh seafood. A souvenir shop opens a business on the 1st floor of a 3 story building, and the Kafuka is on the 2nd floor. The Kafuka is divided into 2 parts, a restaurant and a Japanese-style barbecue room. At the Japanese-style barbecue room, customers can eat grilling fresh seafood such as Hokkaido Style Atka Mackerel and Vegetable Hotpot (ほっけのちゃんちゃん焼き) before their eyes. Sea Urchin Rice bowl (ウニ丼) using sea urchin biting Rishiri kombu is also one of the most popular dish of the Kafuka. Article is here
Oshokuji-dokoro Misaki (お食事処みさき) is a long-established restaurant founded in 1973 in Shakotan town located in the northern part of Shakotan Peninsula, and is near Shimamui Coast (島武意海岸) and Shakotan Onsen (積丹温泉). A restaurant owner is a fisherman, so visitors can enjoy fresh seafood dishes. They open a business only during summer season (from late April to October). Because fresh sea urchin can be eaten from mid June when the sea urchin fishing is released, visitors increase. The Misaki is a popular restaurant that a line is expected. Article is here
Isoyakitei (磯焼亭) is a popular restaurant in Oshidomari, Rishiri Island, and is near Oshidomari Ferry Port and Cape Peshi (ペシ岬). They got the Bib Gourmand in MICHELIN GUIDE Hokkaido 2012 Special Edition and 2017 Special Edition.
