Soy Sauce Broth Ramen Called Standard Ramen of Asahikawa -Tenkin 4jo Branch in Asahikawa-
February 14th, 2017
Tenkin 4jo Branch (天金4条店) is a long-established ramen restraunt near Asahikawa shopping street and was founded in 1952. It is said that Tenkin is a typical Asahikawa ramen restraunt and is popular for local people. Tenkin is a famous Japanese restaurant group that a family line runs Izakaya and a Japanese restraunt in Asahikawa. I visited here around 13:30 on weekdays. The ramen restraunt was almost full. It was popular after all. There are some tables, so family customers seem to enjoy.
I sat at the table and ordered the standard ramen, soy sauce broth ramen (正味ラーメン). The price was JPY 700. About 10 minutes later, the soy sauce broth ramen was served. Noodles were topped with roasted pork fillets, bamboo shoots and green onions.
Brightly shining soup uses lard oil a little too much to prevent soup from cooling down and is typical soup of Asahikawa ramen. I had a ship of the soup quickly. The soup mixed pork broth with chicken broth was rich salty and was very nice!
Noodles are produced by famous noodle brand, Fujiwara noodle factory, and hold the soup very much. It was tasty! I could not help eating the noodles.
