Le Petit Boule Chocolatier Sapporo (ル・プティ・ブーレ ショコラティエ サッポロは) is a store specializing in chocolate in Chuo ward, Sapporo city and was founded in 2010. An owner trained cooking himself in Kanagawa, Japan and France, and seemed to act as a chef patissier in Jean-Paul Hevin Tokyo for 6 years. Because the patissier which acted as the top at a well-known store called the world class chocolatier made sweets, I was at all a pleasure.

When I read Tweets, Le Petit Boule Chocolatier Sapporo seems to be popular.

The store is unified by chic brown interior decoration and has a high-quality atmosphere. When I asked a waitress about store's recommendation at a cash register, she replied that a criollo (クリオロ) is the most popular cake. The criollo is the name of the best kind of the cocoa bean native to Central and South America. Because he had a confident of the cake, it would be named so. The price was JPY 440. In addition, I was interested in a colourful passionnata (パショナタ). It means passionate in Italian. The cake was a blaze of colors. The price was JPY 450. I ordered those, and I planned to eat 2 cakes at a place for customers to enjoy foods and drinks.

I saw that the criollo using the cacao abundantly from the appearance and a fragrance. Chocolate sponge and mousse chocolate layered in the cake. It was not sweet and was bitter taste. I thought chocolate lover favorite cakes.

The passionnata had layers of mousse chocolate and cream passion on crunchy feuillantine. The cake was topped with a candied kumquat. There was a sour taste, and the sweetness was just right, too. Walnuts at the cake accentuated tough. By the way, a cup of roasted tea is served freely when customers eat a cake at the place for customers to enjoy the foods and drinks.
