    Hi, Tiffany san!
    Maybe it is too early.

The tulips are often in full bloom around 20 May in Kamiyubetsu town every year.
The ground pink is often in full bloom in late May in Takinoue and Higashimokoto every year.

But the best time to see cherry blossoms in early May.
I recommend the cherry blossoms in Hokkaido.
    Have a nice trip!
