Obervation Deck Fitted with Glass Protects against Cold -Hinode Observation Deck La Luna in Oumu-
August 11th, 2017
Hinode Observation Deck La Luna (日の出展望台ラ・ルーナ) is an observation deck with the stylish appearance in Oumu town located in the northeast part of Asahikawa city and was built for visitors to enjoy drift ice without shivering with cold in a winter in 1992. La Luna means the moon in Italian. A building with the height of 9 m is fitted with glass, and as the name suggests, I think the moon can be enjoyed in the evening. There are Hinodemisaki Campsite (日の出キャンプ場) and Okhotsk Omui Onsen Omu Hotel Hinodemisaki (オホーツクオムイ温泉のホテル日の出岬) near the Hinode Observation Deck La Luna. A restroom is provided at the building. Admission free. A parking lot is free of charge.
