Pipa-no-Yu Yurinkan (ピパの湯 ゆ～りん館) is a hot spring facility run by Ambix inc. in Bibai city located in the northeastern part of Sapporo city. It opened in 2003. A building stands on a hill that visitors can look over the Bibai city. There is a park golf course in the same site, there are a baseball field, a tennis court near the building, and athletic facilities are rich in the area. In addition, there is Tomei Park (東明公園) that is one of the ten best places for cherry-blossom viewing in Hokkaido near the building, too.
There are 2 open-air baths, 2 indoor baths, 1 whirlpool bath, 1 cold bath and 1 sauna at a bathhouse. A characteristic of this hot spring facility is a cave bath reflecting an image of the Italian Blue Cave. The cave is just rocks at noon, but blue light is lit up in the evening and it seems to change blue rocks. The hot springs are sodium bicarbonate spring, and are clear and light yellow and have neither taste nor smell. The sum total of the hot spring ingredients are 2.916 g. Shampoos and body soaps are provided at the bathhouse. A restroom and free hair dryers are installed at a dressing room. A staying is possible, too.
